Overview

An old adage says - When the winds of change flow some people build walls some build windmills. The Research Conference Mimansa celebrates the spirit of ‘Problems are Opportunities’ the mantra given by our founder Chancellor Prof. Dr. (Col.) A. Balasubramanian. We are living in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world which possess many challenges which have only been compounded by the Pandemic. Many organizations saw an opportunity in this scenario and converted the challenges to their advantage. The International Research Conference will provide a forum for thought leaders from across the world to share their knowledge and insights in the area of Business Management and Technology.

About the Conference

Industry has come to understand that innovation is an important issue in sustainable business management, as it helps improve firms’ capabilities and competencies. Because of the fiercely competitive environment innovation has become a critical factor in the process of differentiation, leading to sustainable business success. Sustainable innovation is understood as creating products, processes, organizational and marketing practices that improve performance in the social, environmental and economic spheres. Firms should upgrade and integrate their business technologies, build trust as well as have a shared vision. Competency development in innovative thinking to support and foster changes in strategy, structure, administrative procedures, and systems is the need of the hour. Therefore, the conference theme is aligned to the multi-disciplinary thought process for business development.

All submitted work should mandatorily have similarity index below 10%.

GUIDELINES FOR MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION

  • Papers / Case studies must be based on themes and sub-themes of the conference.
  • Submission of a paper should be in a word document only
  • Word Limit : Total word limit for each paper should be between 4000 - 6000 words.
  • First Page : Title, Author (s), Name(s), and Affiliation (s) with contact number and email id
  • Second Page : Title, Abstract (200 words approx), Keywords (5) followed by the main text.
