About the Conference:

In today’s rapidly changing global landscape, the field of management sciences is at a critical juncture. The challenges posed by environmental, social, economic, and technological disruptions require organizations to rethink traditional management practices. Businesses must now adopt sustainable, resilient, and innovative strategies to thrive in an interconnected world. Against this backdrop, the proposed international conference titled Mimansa 4.0: “Transforming Management Sciences: Leading with Vision for a Sustainable World” aims to bring together academics, researchers, industry leaders, and students to discuss and address contemporary issues in management sciences.

We are pleased to invite you to participate in MIMANSA 4.0, an international conference that aims to bring together global scholars, thought leaders, and practitioners to deliberate on sustainability, innovation, and transformational leadership in the domain of management sciences.

The conference will feature multi-track paper presentationskeynote sessions by international speakerspanel discussions, and networking opportunities that span across academia and industry.

Guidelines for the Submission of Abstract

  • The extended abstract should include the following sections:

    • Introduction (Purpose)

    • Brief Review of Literature

    • Design/Methodology/Approach

    • Data Analysis and Findings

    • Research Limitations/Implications/Theoretical Contributions

    • Practical Implications

    • Originality/Value

    • Keywords (5–7)

  • Abstract Format: 250–300 words | Times New Roman | 12 pt | MS Word Format | 1.5” Margin

  • References should follow APA 7th Edition style. (Reference examples: https://apastyle.apa.org/instructional-aids/reference-examples.pdf)

  • The extended abstract must be submitted as an Anonymous Manuscript (no author details in the file). Only the title of the paper should appear at the top of the document.

  • Full paper submission is required only after the abstract is accepted.

Guidelines for Full-Length Paper Submission

Authors whose extended abstracts are accepted will be invited to submit full papers.

  • The paper must describe original, unpublished work and must not be under review elsewhere.

  • Word limit: 4,000–6,000 words (including text, figures, tables, references, and appendices).

  • Full Paper Format: 4,000–6,000 words | APA 7th Edition | Plagiarism <10%

  • Abstract Submission Deadline: 20th Oct 2025

  • Notification of Acceptance: 25th Oct 2025

  • Full Paper Submission Deadline: 31st Oct. 2025

  • Notification of Acceptance of Full paper: 10th Nov. 2025

  • Early Bird Registration Deadline: 6th Oct. 2025

  • Registration Deadline: 17th Nov. 2025
