The 26th National Conference hosted by the National Human Resource Development Network (NHRDN) held on April 5–6, 2024, at the Taj Taal Kutir Convention Centre, Kolkata. The theme of the conference incorporates, "Beyond Tomorrow," that focuses on future-oriented HR strategies, exploring innovative practices and emerging work trends. Sri Balaji University Pune was cordially invited to attend this event. 

The conference included keynote speeches by industry leaders, panel discussions on global HR trends, and the launch of a new book by NHRDN. Distinguished speakers like Prem Singh, National President of NHRDN, and Ranjan Banerjee, President of the Kolkata Chapter, provided insights on transforming HR practices for sustainable growth and aligning with India's vision of development 

Sri Balaji University Pune was honoured with the “President's Award for Student Chapter,” recognizing its dedication, efforts, and significant contributions. The award was proudly received by Dr. Sanjit Kumar Dash- Director (BITM), Dr. Neha Kumari (Assistant Professor, BIMM), and Dr. Dhanraj Tambuskar, (Professor, BIMM) marking a pronounced achievement for the University.
