The workshop on Inclusive Leadership: Fostering a Culture of Belonging was held on January 11, 2025, was organized by Dr. Neha Kumari (Assistant Professor, BIMM), Dr. Archana Shrivastava (Director, BIMM), Prof. Dhanraj Tambuskar (Professor, BIMM), with support of the faculty mentors Dr. Nilam Upasani (Associate Professor, BITM), Dr. Pallavi Kundal (Associate Professor, BIIB) and Dr. Nidhi Kumari (Assistant Professor, BIMHRD) addressed the critical importance of gender diversity and inclusion in contemporary leadership. In today’s dynamic and globalized world, fostering an inclusive culture is no longer a choice but a necessity for organizations aiming to thrive and innovate. This workshop brought together a diverse group of participants, including industry leaders, academicians, students, and professionals from various sectors, all united by a shared commitment to promoting gender equality and inclusivity.
