The workshop on Inclusive Leadership: Fostering a Culture of Belonging was held on January 11, 2025, was organized by Dr. Neha Kumari (Assistant Professor, BIMM),  Dr. Archana Shrivastava (Director, BIMM), Prof. Dhanraj Tambuskar (Professor, BIMM), with support of the faculty mentors Dr. Nilam Upasani (Associate Professor, BITM), Dr. Pallavi Kundal (Associate Professor, BIIB) and Dr. Nidhi Kumari (Assistant Professor, BIMHRD) addressed the critical importance of gender diversity and inclusion in contemporary leadership. In today’s dynamic and globalized world, fostering an inclusive culture is no longer a choice but a necessity for organizations aiming to thrive and innovate. This workshop brought together a diverse group of participants, including industry leaders, academicians, students, and professionals from various sectors, all united by a shared commitment to promoting gender equality and inclusivity. 

The event delved into the challenges and opportunities associated with creating inclusive workplaces, emphasizing how effective leadership can bridge gaps and drive positive change. Keynote speakers and panel discussions highlighted the tangible benefits of diversity, such as enhanced creativity, better decision-making, and improved organizational performance. Moreover, interactive sessions provided attendees with practical tools and strategies to foster a sense of belonging, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their gender or background, feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. 

This workshop not only reinforced Sri Balaji University's dedication to social responsibility but also inspired participants to take actionable steps towards building more inclusive environments in their respective organizations and communities. By championing such initiatives, the university continues to pave the way for future leaders who are not only skilled and knowledgeable but also empathetic and inclusive in their approach.
